Counsel to the Inquiry
Jenni Richards KC has been appointed as Lead Counsel to the Inquiry. Jenni was called to the Bar in 1991 and appointed King’s Counsel in 2011. She has an extensive public law and regulatory practice acting for individuals, public interest groups and public bodies in all areas affected by public law and regulation and with particular expertise in health care law. She is a versatile and experienced advocate, appearing regularly in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, the Court of Protection, inquests and inquiries and before a range of tribunals.
