The Inquiry has published its letter of instruction to the Public Health and Administration expert group, convened by Professor Charles Vincent and Lord Michael Bichard.
The expert group has been asked by the Inquiry for responses to a number of questions, under the following headings:

The role of patients and patient representative organisations in healthcare policy

Record keeping

Priority treatment for those injured as a result of NHS treatment
